David Sime
Managing Director

David is qualified as a Registered Builder, having a trade background and working in the industry for over 25 years. David has driven the implementation and continual improvement of Sime Building and Construction's management system and holds a Diploma in OHS. David keeps a close eye on all facets of Sime Building and Construction's operations, and maintains a strong focus on fostering relationships with all clients. If you walk into Sime Building and Construction's head office you are likely to see David engaging in the day to day running of his business from chairing meetings, trade coordination, and contracts administration to public relations and financial control.

Stephen Sime
Director / Construction Manager

Stephen is a Registered Builder and holds a trades certificate in Carpentry and Joinery. Stephen's industry experience spans well over 30 years and his technical input, as Construction Manager is invaluable to Sime Building and Construction. With extensive experience in concrete formwork, tilt up panel construction, estimating and project management, Stephen is an integral part of Sime Building and Construction's project management team.

Peter Ham
Senior Estimator / Project Manager

Peter has been a part of Sime Building and Construction's project team since 1999. Prior to joining our team, Peter operated as a Registered Builder for over 20 years and in total has over 30 years industry experience, with focus on the commercial sector. Peter's knowledge and skills have contributed to the outstanding growth of the company to date and his experience and input will be paramount to its future expansion.

Reg Jones
HSEQ Manager / Project Manager

Reg has been a part of Sime Building and Construction's project team since 2004. With over 10 years experience in project management and previous experience in engineering, steel fabrication and the mining sector Reg brought a wealth of knowledge to the company. Known for his commitment to the implementation of best practise Occupational Safety Health and Environment initiatives, Reg has a down to earth approach to the management of Occupational Safety Health and Environment and maintains the commitment of both employees and contractors ensuring objectives and targets are achieved on all projects. Reg holds a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.

Michael Drake-Brockman
Commercial Site Supervisor

Michael has come from a trade background with over 14 years industry experience. Michael has been a part of the supervision team since 2006. During this time he has competently supervised multi unit developments in the Esperance region and a part of the supervision team on major commercial projects, such as the Main Roads Greater Southern Administration Complex in Albany and Building the Education Revolution.
